Youth and Transition Services

Our Project Possibility program brings intensive, direct support to help young people achieve education, employment, and community involvement goals. With the help of youth educators, young people create a tailored postsecondary action plan that can lead to a career and greater economic self-sufficiency. Bridges is an experiential learning component of the program that builds life skills essential for college, the workforce, and independent living. Refer a young person today(español / 中文。)

Our High School Launch program works in schools with youth at great risk of poor academic and employment prospects. Students with IEPs learn how to understand their disability, advocate for themselves, and seek the support they need to be successful in school. Partner with us.

Career Launch provides training  and technical assistance to support professionals in workforce development, vocational training and young adult education programs,  to better serve young people with disabilities. Sign up for our next workshop series.
