This workshop seeks to provide parents with tools to identify the mental health needs of adolescents and children over 8 years of age. We will talk about what mental health is, why it is important to take care of it, what are the most common mental health needs in young people, and how to identify them. The presentation will end with some strategies and tips so that parents can have conversations with their children about mental health at home and can provide them with the support they need.
