We care about inclusion. We know you do too. Build a career changing the lives of young people with disabilities and our community!
What Inclusion Means to Us
Our mission is deeply personal to us. Most of our staff and Board are parents, siblings, and relatives of people with disabilities—or we identify as having a disability ourselves. Our team works tirelessly to create more inclusive classrooms, workplaces, and communities. To achieve this, we are a community committed to our values of TEACH—teamwork, empathy, accountability, commitment, and honesty. Learn more.
