Effective planning for a student’s transition to life after high school takes into account their current strengths, needs, and interests. This information is captured in the Present Levels of Performance (PLOP) section of an Individualized Education Program (IEP). In this workshop, attendees will learn more about the importance of the PLOP in transition planning, and explore best practices and evidence-based strategies on transition services and planning.

NYC families & professionals are welcome.
