Join us for a workshop focused on building confidence and skills in developing Measurable Postsecondary Goals within the IEP. These goals are the foundation of the transition planning process and link directly to other sections of a transition-focused IEP. Participants will explore practical strategies and discover how to make transition services more meaningful, effective, and aligned with students’ individual aspirations. Experts will provide guidance for creating student-centered postsecondary goals that reflect best practices and evidence-based approaches.
NYC families & professionals are welcome.
