The Facts on the Transition from Middle School to High School for Students with Disabilities 

This workshop will cover the high school admission process for families of middle school students. Parents and caregivers will learn how to build self-determination and how to motivate ideas about the student’s future. Participants will also discuss the concept of work and future pathways for students with disabilities. This workshop will also raise awareness of diploma and credential options and will address high school applications.
