Gender Identity & Autism

Transgender and Non-Binary individuals are four to six times more likely to be Autistic than the cisgender population. In this training we explore this intersection by increasing cultural awareness, literacy, and knowledge about gender identity, discuss gender transition and gender affirming care for Autistic people, and think critically about our role in supporting transgender, Autistic individuals.
