Cheryelle Cruickshank

With over three decades of experience and 6 years of Executive leadership, Cheryelle Cruickshank has dedicated her career to supporting people with disabilities and their families to achieve their life goals. Cheryelle has a Masters in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis, MI, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology & Sociology from the University at Albany. She is a member of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Community Service Board and their Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities sub-committee, and a long standing Board member of ECM Centers, a private elementary school. She’s been the Executive Director at INCLUDEnyc for over a year now. 



Seth Kramer

INCLUDEnyc Board Member and Vice President, Sustainability, Goldman Sachs 

Seth is a Vice President and 10+ year veteran of Goldman Sachs where he specializes in sustainability. He has 20 years of experience in real estate, ESG and operations. Seth holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a proud father of a 4-year old son.  



Lois Durant 

Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Sheppard Mullin

Lois Durant is Sheppard Mullin’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, responsible for leading the firm’s internal and external diversity and inclusion efforts as well as the development, implementation and leadership of talent management programs and initiatives. She works closely with the Firm Chair, D&I Chair, Chief HR Officer, and others in firm leadership to advance diversity and inclusion strategic objectives and meet talent management goals. In 2020, Lois was recognized by Crain’s New York Business for her accomplishments, mentorship skills and community involvement within the talent management and D&I fields in the publication’s “Notable Women in Talent Resources” list.



Sujatha Menon Zafar

Global Head of DEI, S&P

Sujatha Zafar is VP, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at S&P Global taking on both enterprise and divisional responsibilities. In her role, Sujatha works closely with the firm’s Chief CR& DEI Officer and divisional leads to develop, implement and deliver on key firm-wide DEI strategies and commitments that cover the recruitment, retention, development and engagement of S&P Global’s approximately 40,000 strong global workforce. Sujatha comes from a background in account management, sales, executive search and DEI consulting. In her previous roles, Sujatha has worked extensively with professional networks, external partners, vendors and non-profits to build strategic partnerships for diverse talent sourcing. In her consulting role, she worked with a network of over 100 organizations & firms to identify, share, and execute best practices across the industry. Sujatha lives in NYC with her husband, two sons and two dogs.



Carly Teichman

CEO, Job Path

Carly is an experienced professional in the field of social work, specializing in Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the Yeshiva University Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Carly has dedicated her career to serving individuals with disabilities, with more than 19 years of experience, in roles such as Director of Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) and overseeing supported living and Day Habilitation programs. In July 2022, Carly was appointed as the CEO of Job Path, where she continues to demonstrate her leadership skills and commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
