A Letter from INCLUDEnyc’s Executive Director, Cheryelle Cruickshank

On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Leadership Team, the INCLUDEnyc staff, and all the young people with disabilities we support and their families, we would like to welcome everyone to this breakfast panel discussion on Empowering Your Employees with Disabilities. As an organization with a vision for a world filled with love, equity, and access for people with any disability, we will focus this discussion on the state of Corporate America regarding affording equitable opportunities to them. Supporting people with disabilities so they can thrive and succeed is important to us. Your being here with us shows us it’s equally important to you and your organization as well.

We would like to take a moment to sincerely say “Thank You” to our distinguished and esteemed panelists for coming to share their expertise on this crucial topic that truly affects every organization, even when they don’t realize that the need exists.

We want to give a special shout-out to our Top Sponsors, Paul Hastings, LLP, for so generously hosting us and this event, Jonathan Trichter and the Foundry Learning Center, Board member Jamie Klein, JP Morgan Chase Private Bank, and our Board member Richard Hofstetter and his wife Fran.

We also show our gratitude to all of our sponsors for taking a stand for people with disabilities by supporting this event.

Thanks to the Development and Communications departments of INCLUDEnyc for all their hard work to make this event a success.

As always, we must acknowledge our staff for their attentive and empathetic work of supporting our young people with disabilities and their families with the resources they need to prepare to succeed in the world ahead of them, including employment. We hope you share your thoughts and walk away with something new while feeling inspired.

We hope one day having a focus on supporting people with disabilities will be the lens that everyone uses to go about our daily lives.

Enjoy the panel discussion and breakfast!

All the best,
