Owen P.J. King, Chair President & CEO, Stonehurst Management Owen is the Chair and first joined the Board in 1998. He also serves on the Finance, Audit, and Governance & Board Development Committees. Owen manages an investment advisory firm that works with individuals, families, and institutions. He has served on the boards and committees of numerous non-profit, educational, private, and public organizations. Owen and his wife have two children and live in Manhattan. Owen earned a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from Amherst College.

Retired Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Major League Baseball

Ellen Miller-Wachtel, Vice President Retired Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Major League Baseball Ellen has been a Board Member for nearly 30 years and is currently the Vice President. Ellen served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Major League Baseball for over 16 years until her recent retirement. She also served as General Counsel at Radio City Productions, General Counsel at Sony Online Entertainment, and Senior Counsel at NBC. She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School/Columbia Law School and Bachelor’s from Cornell University.

Jamie H. Klein, Vice President CEO, North Fifth Services, Retired Partner, KPMG Jamie is the Vice President of the INCLUDEnyc Board. She is the CEO of North Fifth Services and a Retired Partner of KPMG. For 27 years, Jamie served as an audit partner to non-profits and businesses with global reach. She has led due diligence teams for complex mergers and acquisitions, as well as advised start-up companies and IPOs. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Economics from Queens College.

Principal, Investcorp

Heather Mutterperl, Treasurer Principal, Investcorp Heather is the Treasurer and serves on the Board’s Finance and Program committees. She first joined in 2019. Heather manages a national porfolio of real estate assets for private investors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She has one son and lives in Manhattan.

Alberto Estrella, Secretary President & CEO, Knowledge To Own, Equities Technology Director, Evercore Alberto is the Director of the Equities Technology Program at Evercore. Alberto is a technology executive with an extensive background in program and operational management. He has son on the autism spectrum and aims to destigmatize disability in Latino communities. Alberto is a Council of Urban Professionals Fellow. He holds his MBA from George Washington University.

Head of Client Delivery, S&P Global

Eduardo S. F. Alves Head of Client Delivery, S&P Global Eduardo joined the INCLUDEnyc Board in 2022. He leads a global team of sustainability finance specialists as Head of Client Delivery for the ESG Innovation and Solutions team at S&P Global. He is a credit risk expert with international experience across financial services, banking, consulting, and multilateral organizations. Eduardo grew up with a cousin who has Down Syndrome. He and his wife have one son. Eduardo earned a Bachelor’s in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Essex. He is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the University of Oxford.

Isha Atassi Partner, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP Isha Atassi joined the INCLUDEnyc Board of Directors in December 2022. Isha is a business immigration attorney and Partner at Fragomen’s New York City office, where she represents multinational corporate clients in a variety of industries including financial services, legal services, and consulting – among others. She provides guidance on all aspects of corporate immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. Isha lives in Long Island with her husband and their son who has special needs. Isha holds a BS from Florida State University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Alana Cheeks-Lomax Alana Cheeks-Lomax joined the INCLUDEnyc Board in 2024. She is a mission driven business strategist with over 15 years of experience supporting non-profits, government, and technology companies. She has extensive experience across People Strategy, Corporate Strategy & Culture, Social Impact, and Inclusion & Diversity. Alana most recently served as the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Cash App, a financial technology app. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, and a Masters in Healthcare Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Yi Coogan Head of Life Insurance Product Development & Management at JP Morgan Blending her professional insights from leading life insurance product development at JPMorgan with a personal mission inspired by her son’s journey, Yi Han Coogan recently joined the INCLUDEnyc board. However, she’s quick to note that she’s not just about product strategy; Yi’s personal mission is to contribute to making society more inclusive for children like her son. Yi holds an MBA from Rice University and resides in New Jersey with her husband, two young children, and two Corgis.

Dan Forman Executive Director, Banker, J.P. Morgan Private Bank Dan Forman is an Executive Director and Banker in the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Dan offers comprehensive wealth and investment management to affluent families, private business owners, nonprofits and endowments. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2021 after over ten years in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs. Dan earned a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Boston College, and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Dan lives in Ridgewood, New Jersey, with his wife and three sons, the oldest of whom is on the autism spectrum.

Shon E. Glusky Partner, Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton Shon is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Shon focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, and venture capital. Shon has two daughters, one of whom has Down Syndrome. Shon has a JD from Emory University School of Law.

Dr. Monica Lallo Senior Vice President of Prevention, Youth and Education Services, Acsenda Integrated Health Dr. Monica Lallo joined the INCLUDEnyc Board in 2024 and will be serving on the Programs Committee. Dr. Lallo is an educator, team strategist, and advocate for improving government and nonprofit services to historically underserved communities, children, and families. In her teen years, Dr. Lallo discovered her lifelong mission to support people with disabilities when she volunteered to work with organizations serving individuals with disabilities and taught students with cognitive disabilities. Dr. Lallo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Doctoral Degree in Education.

Suilan Mo-Escowitz Associate Director, S&P Global Suilan joined the board in July 2021. She is a rating analyst at S&P Global Rating. She and her husband have two children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. She has a Bachelor’s from University of Science and Technology of China and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Andrea Raphael Chief Communications Officer, Invesco Andrea joined the Board in 2018 and serves on the Communications and Development committees. She is the Chief Communications officer at Invesco. Andrea is the mother of two children, one on the autism spectrum, and is an advocate for inclusion in all forms. Andrea has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University.

Associate Director of Content Strategy, HUGE

José Manuel Simián Associate Director of Content Strategy, HUGE José has been on the Board since 2017, and chairs the Communications Committee. His professional experience centers on digital content strategy for large brands, a craft built upon more than a decade in New York City media. He is the father of three children, one of whom has disabilities, and holds an Master and a Bachelor in Law.

Katya Sverdlov, CFA, Esq. CEO – JelikaLite Corp. Katya Sverdlov joined the Board in 2022. She is a CEO of JelikaLite Corp., developing an intelligent medical device for children on the autism spectrum. She is also a Principal of Sverdlov Law PLLC, a boutique law firm focusing on estate planning and special needs planning. Katya is a mother of two teenagers and lives in Brooklyn. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Cornell University and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Ben Trinder Global Head of Real Estate Development, Goldman Sachs Ben joined the Board in 2021 and is Goldman Sachs’ global head of Real Estate Development for Corporate and Workplace Solutions. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was an entrepreneur with two boutique hospitality development firms as well as managed several large developments for Walt Disney Imagineering. Ben earned a BS in Architecture, Development, and Related Services from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson’s FW Olin Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Jonathan M. Wachtel Psychiatrist, Attending Physician, FamilyHealth Associates (Private Practice) Dr. Jonathan M. Wachtel is a board certified Child & Adolescent and Adult psychiatrist at Familyhealth Associates and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Grossman School of Medicine at NYU Langone. He graduated from Oberlin College with a BA in Neuroscience and obtained his MD from Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. He completed his adult psychiatry residency training at Stony Brook University Hospital followed by a two-year fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Grossman School of Medicine at NYU Langone. He joined the INCLUDEnyc board in 2024 and is a member of the programming and communication committees. He is continuing his mother’s 30- year commitment to INCLUDEnyc.
