Ellen Miller-Wachtel, Chair Retired Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Major League Baseball Ellen has been a Board Member for nearly 30 years and has proudly led as Board Chair since 2008. Ellen served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Major League Baseball for over 16 years until her recent retirement. She also served as General Counsel at Radio City Productions, General Counsel at Sony Online Entertainment, and Senior Counsel at NBC. She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School/Columbia Law School and Bachelor’s from Cornell University.

Dan Taylor, Vice President Vice President, Google Dan serves as Vice President of the Board and first joined in 2018. He also serves as the Chair of the Development Committee. Dan is Vice President of Global Ads for Google and has worked in advertising and media his entire career. He has a passion for helping children with developmental disabilities. Dan holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Maryland.

Jamie H. Klein, Vice President CEO, North Fifth Services, Retired Partner, KPMG Jamie is the Vice President of the INCLUDEnyc Board. She is the CEO of North Fifth Services and a Retired Partner of KPMG. For 27 years, Jamie served as an audit partner to non-profits and businesses with global reach. She has led due diligence teams for complex mergers and acquisitions, as well as advised start-up companies and IPOs. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Economics from Queens College.

President & CEO, Stonehurst Management

Owen P.J. King, Vice Chair and Treasurer President & CEO, Stonehurst Management Owen is the Vice Chair and Treasurer and first joined the Board in 1998. He also serves on the Finance, Audit, and Governance & Board Development Committees. Owen manages an investment advisory firm that works with individuals, families, and institutions. He has served on the boards and committees of numerous non-profit, educational, private, and public organizations. Owen and his wife have two children and live in Manhattan. Owen earned a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from Amherst College.

Heather Mutterperl, Asst. Treasurer Principal, Investcorp Heather serves on the Board’s Finance and Program committees and first joined in 2019. She manages a national porfolio of real estate assets for private investors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She has one son and lives in Manhattan.

Alberto Estrella, Secretary President & CEO, Knowledge To Own, Equities Technology Director, Evercore Alberto is the Director of the Equities Technology Program at Evercore. Alberto is a technology executive with an extensive background in program and operational management. He has son on the autism spectrum and aims to destigmatize disability in Latino communities. Alberto is a Council of Urban Professionals Fellow. He holds his MBA from George Washington University.

Laurie Abramowitz Partner, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, LLP Laurie has served on the Board since 2010. She chairs the Program Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Laurie is a tax partner and co-chair of the tax practice at Arnold & Porter. Laurie is the mother of two boys, one of whom has disabilities. She has a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Economics from Brown University and a JD/MBA in Finance and LLM in Tax from NYU.

Shon E. Glusky Partner, Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton Shon is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Shon focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, and venture capital. Shon has two daughters, one of whom has Down Syndrome. Shon has a JD from Emory University School of Law.

Marie Hill Partner, KPMG Marie is an Audit Partner at KPMG, serving clients in the non-profit industry. She is a CPA and earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Virginia. Marie and her husband have two children and live in Manhattan.

Richard Hofstetter Partner, Frankfurt, Kurnit, Klein & Selz Richard is a Partner in the Entertainment Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. He has over 30 years of experience in intellectual property law in all media, including licensing and merchandising. Richard holds a JD from Rutgers University Law School.

Seth J. Kramer Vice President, Goldman Sachs Seth is Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Goldman Sachs. Seth has over 15 years of experience in development, social & governance (ESG), finance, and operations. Seth holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

John J. McGuire, Jr. Managing Director, Goldman Sachs John has been on the Board since 2003. He is a Managing Director for Goldman Sachs where he heads the Conflicts Resolution Group. He is the father of two girls, one of whom has Down Syndrome. John has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Boston College and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Nurse Midwife, Settlement Health

Nicole Meade Nurse Midwife, Settlement Health Nicole is a certified nurse midwife at Settlement Health. Nicole has served the community in various health settings, including hospitals and private practices. Nicole values inclusion for her son and one of the reasons she wanted to serve on INCLUDEnyc’s Board. She has a Master’s from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing and Bachelor’s in Nursing from New York University.

Associate Director, S&P Global

Suilan Mo-Escowitz Associate Director, S&P Global Suilan joined the board in July 2021. She is a rating analyst at S&P Global Rating. She and her husband have two children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. She has a Bachelor’s from University of Science and Technology of China and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Andrea Raphael Global Head of Communications and Public Affairs, Värde Partners Andrea joined the Board in 2018 and serves on the Communications and Program committees. She is the Global Head of Communications and Public Affairs at Värde Partners. Andrea is the mother of two children, one of whom is autistic, and is an advocate for inclusion in all forms. Andrea has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University.

Associate Director of Content Strategy, HUGE

José Manuel Simián Associate Director of Content Strategy, HUGE José has been on the Board since 2017, and chairs the Communications Committee. His professional experience centers on digital content strategy for large brands, a craft built upon more than a decade in New York City media. He is the father of three children, one of whom has disabilities, and holds an Master and a Bachelor in Law.

Chief Strategy Officer and CFO, Why Not Care

Migna Taveras Chief Strategy Officer and CFO, Why Not Care Migna joined the Board in November 2020 and serves on various committees. Her desire to positively impact the community is at the foundation of her practice. Migna has over 20 years of experience across government, nonprofit, and corporations in around the social determinants of health. She is the mother of a child who is awesomely autistic. She studied political science and sociology at Barnard College and holds a Master’s in Management and Finance from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
